Hey there! My name is Martha Bernstein. I have spent the last 41 years coming up to my family home on Torch Lake. It wasn’t after long that I realized I wanted to call Michigan my home. This had truly become my favorite place on earth. What better way to share my enthusiasm than helping people along their journey of home ownership.

After a 2.5-year arduous journey of remodeling my family home I realized that I had a talent in building and remodeling homes, and an interest in the real estate market. I took this newfound love and applied it to my everyday routine and became a licensed Realtor. I cannot wait to share my excitement and love of Northern Michigan with others and help them find the perfect home, vacant land, investment opportunity, or new development.

I have a passion for travel and adventure, a love for all things adrenaline, a knack for building and design, and a drive to think outside of the box. Whether a day spent on the lake, tearing it up on the mountain, or trekking it through the dunes and national forest lands I seek new experiences and opportunities daily! I carry these attributes into my real estate career and assure you that I will make the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible. I will work hard and prioritize your needs first and foremost to make sure that you are receiving everything you need to purchase your dream property.

Martha is a member of the Elks Lodge Traverse City, The Women’s Network Society, HBA, Impact100, Women’s Council of Realtors, Traverse City Professionals, and Traverse Connect. She also volunteers at the Great Lakes Humane Society, Project Feed the Kids, Three Lakes Association, Grass River Natural Area,9 and with the Grand Traverse County.  Martha is actively involved with Pickle U, Grand Traverse Hiking Club, Luxbody Fitness, Paddle Antrim, Ride around Torch, and Northern Michigan Stand Up Jet Ski Riders.
